June 24: Harry Potter Night double-header
Calling all Harry Potter fans! On June 24th, we’re combining two of our favourite things — JK Rowling and roller derby — to bring you TCRG Harry Potter Night!
We’ll start the evening with house teams Faster Pussycats and Riot Girls facing off in the opening bout.
Then, cheer for the Battle of Hogwarts as Dumbledore’s Army takes on The Death Eaters in a Harry Potter-themed bout! Which side are you on?
Make sure to wear your finest Hogwarts attire, because there will be a costume contest at half-time!
Bring your magical friends and family (muggles welcome too!) and join us for this special night of athletic sorcery. Tickets are available online or at the door, and one dollar from every adult ticket sold will be donated to Girl Guides of Canada.
Will the Dark Lord rise again? We don’t know, but we solemnly swear that this event is one you won’t want to miss.
