TCRD recruitment is open year-round! If you’re an experienced roller derby player who is 18 or older, has BC Medical coverage, and identifies as female or gender expansive, we’d love for you to join our house team, Team Terminal City.

Visiting Vancouver, or just not ready to make a long-term commitment? Feel free to attend a practice as a drop-in skater and see how we roll! We charge a $10 drop-in fee. E-mail recruiting@tcrd.ca to let us know when you’d like to visit and we’ll let you know when and where we’re practicing.
Learn to Play Roller Derby
No experience necessary! While previous skating ability is helpful, we can teach basic skating skills all the way up to flat-track roller derby! Our Intro to Roller Derby Program will help you take your skills to the next level.
We run several programs per year; the next intake is April 28th 2024 from 11:30-2pm, at the Royal City Curling Club (RCCC), 75 E Sixth Ave E, New Westminster, BC.
The program is open to all female/gender expansive skaters, regardless of past experience with roller derby or athletics.
